OUR IMMIGRATION SERVICES
Simplify Document Procurement and the Application Process.
Whether it’s your first relocation or you’re a seasoned traveler, we specialize in making your move smooth and seamless.
Our Services:
- Personalized Guidance: No matter your experience with moving, we’ll provide tailored assistance to navigate the immigration process with ease. We’ll help you determine the appropriate category for your situation and guide you in gathering all necessary requirements.
- Document Procurement: If you’re a US, UK, or Canadian citizen, we can assist you in obtaining essential documents from your home country, such as Criminal Background Checks, Birth Certificates, and Marriage Certificates. These documents will be duly apostilled or legalized as required.
- Streamlined Process: Our comprehensive checklist and step-by-step guidelines ensure a prompt and organized collection of all required documents. Once your application is ready, we’ll submit the necessary paperwork on your behalf. This can be done online through the new Trámite Ya platform of the Immigration Authorities, or via an in-person appointment before the Immigration Authorities or the Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (for citizenship applications). We’ll closely follow up on the progress until your final resolution is received.
- Personalized Support: Whenever your presence is required for a procedure with a Costa Rican Institution—such as enrolling in the Costa Rican Social Security System (CAJA) or documenting your residency—we’ll be there to accompany and assist you. We offer translation services from Spanish to English, Italian and German as needed. If any of your documents require translation, we’ve got that covered too.
Your journey to a new life in Costa Rica starts here—let us guide you every step of the way.
